PTC Technology

The PTC effect refers to the effect that the resistivity of the PTC nanocarbon film increases as the temperature increases and decreases as the temperature decreases. It is also called a positive temperature system thermistor material.

NABO nano-PTC electric heating film and ordinary electric heating film with the same full power density of 230W/m2 were covered with 2cm extruded boards from top to bottom for comparison of heating and temperature rise.
As can be seen from the figure above, when the covering heating time reaches 4 hours, the temperature of ordinary electric heating film can reach over 90℃ and is still rising slowly; while the temperature of NABO nano-PTC electric heating film is stable between 60-70℃.
